It would work fantastic for Marvel Crisis Protocol or other Modern games. The City Block is printed in 40mm, 32mm, or 28mm scale (pictured). 

You can choose between the buildings having a built in floor which allows miniatures to be placed on the upper levels or without a floor where the buildings are hollow inside.
