This donut shop seems to be everywhere on Marvel Crisis Protocol tables.

On my MCP table, we use the building itself as a size 5 (you could use it as a size 4, but it's larger than you think it's going to be). The donut sign on top is removable, so you can use it as a separate piece of size 2 terrain either on top of the building or on ground level as a roadside sign.

This building always draws other players at the game store to come check out the table.
