Return Policy
We proudly stand behind the exceptional quality of our 3D printed products. Our items are crafted with precision and care, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy with a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product and we will arrange the return.
Products must be in the same condition as they were received in the mail. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Shipping Timelines
The majority of our products are made to order. That means when you place an order, a printer gets cued up to start creating your item. We don't keep inventory due to the high number of products and variations that we offer. Our goal is to ship orders within 3-5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days in rare instances depending on size of order and current backlog.

All orders with in the US over $100 quality for free standard shipping in checkout.
International Orders
We are now excited to offer free shipping to select international countries with order totals over $225 USD. Your subtotal must hit this total after all discounts and promotions have been applied. The following countries are included in this promotion:

*** Due to high shipping costs to Australia, orders over $225 USD will ship with $25 flat rate shipping. It's still heavily subsidized. Most orders of ~$225 are costing around $110 to ship and it is not sustainable to continue offering free shipping.
These orders are shipped with an economy shipping rate that can take 1-4+ weeks for delivery. Your order may also be split into multiple shipments to reduce the postage rate. We are not responsible for any import or duty fees associated with the shipments.

Tabletop Terrain reserves the right to correct shipping methods and costs for what is appropriate to your order and destination. Once an international order reaches the destination country, we can not be responsible for any issues with your customs agency. It is your responsibility to deal with your customs agency.

Items ordered from Baron of Dice ship directly from the Baron and are not combined with other items in your shipment. Any number of items ordered from them ship with flat rate shipping per order.

Customs Information
Tabletop Terrain is a US-based company and European customers will likely need to pay import changes on top of order and shipping fees. These customs charges are not paid at checkout and you will need to coordinate with your own customs agency for payment. Tabletop Terrain is not responsible for any issues between you and your customs agency.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, send us a message as soon as possible. If your order has not yet started production, we will happily cancel your order. If your order has already started production, there may be a cancellation fee.
