Offering variants with a floor or without a floor, you can choose the option that best suits your needs. The variant without a floor is a hollow building with no space to place minis beyond the ground level. The set is designed for urban hero tabletop games, but can work with any genre.

In 40mm scale, the building measures 144x158x176mm / 5.7x6.2x6.9 inches.

In 32mm scale the building measures 125x138x153mm / 4.9x5.4x6.0 inches.

In 28mm scale the building measures 114x126x139mm / 4.5x4.9x5.5 inches.

All items come unpainted in non-toxic gray PLA. Some assembly may be required. We inspect all of our products prior to shipment, but due to the nature of 3d printing, some objects may require some cleanup prior to use. Other print resolutions (print quality) and scale (size) are available as requested.
