Perfect for urban hero games, the Stewart Academy for the Gifted is a great addition to your X themed tabletop game. The roof is removable but there is not interior floor space in this model. The set is designed for urban hero tabletop games, but can work with any genre.

In 40mm scale, the building measures 567x189x252mm / 22.3x7.4x10 inches.

In 32mm scale the building measures 513x171x228mm / 20.2x6.7x9 inches.

In 28mm scale the building measures 450x150x200mm / 17.7x5.9x7.9 inches.

All items come unpainted in non-toxic gray PLA. Some assembly may be required. We inspect all of our products prior to shipment, but due to the nature of 3d printing, some objects may require some cleanup prior to use. Other print resolutions (print quality) and scale (size) are available as requested.
