White Castle with Matcha Insert / Organizer - Also Fits Promos

This is an insert / organizer for The White Castle with the Matcha expansion and all released promos as of February 2025 across the base and expansion boxes.  It supports premium sleeves (Gamegenic Prime shown in the photos), vertical storage, has no lid lift, and was designed to aid setup and teardown.

Below is a video discussing some of the design considerations and showing how it all goes together.  The photos also show how to layer everything in the box.  Here are some features:

• Individual player trays that hold each player’s setup components.  Nested within these trays are trays for the base and Matcha meeple, which can be placed directly on the player boards.  Includes large cutouts beneath these trays to make it easy to get them out of the player trays.
• A tray for the small dice tiles and round tracker.  There are two spots that can hold three dice tiles each.  These spaces are to accommodate the dice tiles from Promo 1 and Promo 4.  Those promos require you to replace three of the dice tiles from the base game with the promo tiles.  You can either keep the promo tiles separated out in the designated slots, or you could mix the promos in with the other tiles and place the replaced tiles in the slot. Either way, you can maintain in the larger dice tile well the specific mix of tiles you prefer to play with while keeping the other separated.
• A labeled card tray with separate slots for each card type, plus three of the tile types that go on the board during setup.
• A tray that holds the cardboard bridges.  You need to nest them in the way shown in the pictures, but they fit well in the tray with the finger holes on each side.  We have also posted a tray that removes those finger holes to maximize the interior space of the tray. 
• Two trays for the money and daimyo seals, one for each end of the table.
• The game boards have an issue lying flat, especially the Matcha board when placed below the main board. This organizer has a designed set of clips that hold the board flat and keep it in place. Just position the clips as shown in the photos.  As shown, there is circle on one side of the clips.  The circle side should face downward toward the table when attached to the boards.  Otherwise, the Matcha board may angle upwards from the table in an awkward way.  If the circles are all out of sight, then the board angles slightly down toward the table.  There is a tray with a well to hold the clips, plus a little extra room to hold other things if you’d like.
• A tray with cutouts to hold the player boards in place, which also holds sleeved copies of the reference cards.  It also fits the Promo 1 and Promo 4 boards from which the game tiles are punched.  Those boards have a QR code that links to their instructions, so you might want to hold on to them (although you really only need one of the two, as the publisher accidentally made them both point to the same set of instructions).

The insert hold one language version of the base game rulebook and one language version of the Matcha rulebook. If you add the others, there will be some lid lift.
