Return Policy
We proudly stand behind the exceptional quality of our 3D printed products. Our items are crafted with precision and care, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy with a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product and we will arrange the return.
Products must be in the same condition as they were received in the mail. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Shipping Timelines
The majority of our products are made to order. That means when you place an order, a printer gets cued up to start creating your item. We don't keep inventory due to the high number of products and variations that we offer. Our goal is to ship orders within 3-5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days in rare instances depending on size of order and current backlog.

Free Shipping Thresholds
All orders with in the US and Australia over $100 quality for free standard shipping in checkout. Please note- overstock items are ineligible for free shipping to Australia only.
Australia
We are happy to announce that most terrain orders will now be able to ship locally from within Australia and ship free with Australian Post for orders over $100. We reserve the right to ship from the US due to special circumstances. If you would like to confirm it will be shipping from Australia, please check in with us prior to placing your order. Thank you.
European Union / United Kingdom
For orders within the European Union and the United Kingdom, most of our products will be made and shipped from Denmark. This will avoid costly import fees from the United States. When choosing your shipping options in checkout, look for the options that say (Denmark Origin) to confirm that your items will ship from within the EU.
Other International Orders
We are now excited to offer free shipping to select international countries with order totals over $225 USD. Your subtotal must hit this total after all discounts and promotions have been applied. The following countries are included in this promotion:

These orders are shipped with an economy shipping rate that can take 4-8 weeks for delivery. If you require faster shipping, please choose a paid shipping option. Your order may also be split into multiple shipments to reduce the postage rate. If this occurs, the value will be split accordingly so customs duties will not be double. We are not responsible for any import or duty fees associated with the shipments.

Tabletop Terrain reserves the right to correct shipping methods and costs for what is appropriate to your order and destination. Once an international order reaches the destination country, we can not be responsible for any issues with your customs agency. It is your responsibility to deal with your customs agency.

Items ordered from Baron of Dice ship directly from the Baron and are not combined with other items in your shipment. Any number of items ordered from them ship with flat rate shipping per order.

Customs Information
In the event that your country charges customs / import fees for your package, Tabletop Terrain is not responsible for these fees. The customs charges are not paid at checkout and you will need to coordinate with your own customs agency for payment. Tabletop Terrain is not responsible for any issues between you and your customs agency.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, send us a message as soon as possible. If your order has not yet started production, we will happily cancel your order. If your order has already started production, there may be a cancellation fee.
