Our Story

Tabletop Terrain started as many gaming companies do, out of a desire to provide better terrain to the local community. In 2018, we began partnering with some local gaming groups in the Cincinnati/Dayton area who were just getting started and needed help having enough terrain for their events. We discoverd much of what was readily available was not very unique and we had a desire to do better.

Online Launch

In late 2019, after having success locally and wanting to broaden our reach, we began selling on Ebay. Etsy followed shortly after that. Our first official online order was for a board game organizer for Fury of Dracula. It's still available on our store now and sells a few times a year. This site launched December of 2020 and as of February 2024, we have fulfilled over 10,000 orders.

Production

We create our products with a mix of different FDM printers. As of May 2024, we have over 80 printers running 24/7 in our facility in Forest, Virginia to keep up with demand for the orders across our four marketplaces and convention sales.

Our Product

We make product that is built to withstand the battlefield. Our goal has never been to have the highest volume or the lowest price but to make products we are proud of. Every item is hand-checked and cleaned prior to shipment and is made entirely with materials sourced within the USA.
