Motte and Bailey

The Motte and Bailey is a traditional historical / fantasy Motte and Bailey set. The full set includes the Motte, Bailey, Castle, Interior Wall, Exterior Wall, Stables, Storage Shack, Inn, Tavern, Small Church, and 4 Houses. The full wall set and houses are modular, giving you the option to use any of the Motte, Bailey, Wall set, Castle individually or together. 

All of the interior spaces of the buildings are large enough for miniature placement and feature removable roofs and articulating doors. The Motte is hollow inside, we recommend assembling it and placing some foam or other rigid structure inside for the top piece and castle to sit on. There is a ledge on the top of the Motte designed for the upper level to rest on, but as the Motte is comprised of 10 pieces, without glueing the entire thing together it will not be very strudy. The Full set is available in 28mm, 20mm, and 15mm scales. 

In 28mm scale, the full set measures 1135x1270x440mm (45 x 50 x 17 inches). The Motte is 308mm (12 inches) tall, plus the height of the castle sitting on top. 

In 20mm scale, the full set measures 795x889x308mm (31x35x12 inches). The Motte is 216mm (8.5 inches) tall, plus the height of the castle sitting on top. 

In 15mm scale, the full set measures 681x762x264mm (27x30x10.3 inches). The Motte is 185mm (7.3 inches) tall, plus the height of castle sitting on top. 

All items come unpainted in non-toxic gray PLA. Some assembly may be required. We inspect all of our products prior to shipment, but due to the nature of 3d printing, some objects may require some cleanup prior to use. Other print resolutions (print quality) and scale (size) are available as requested.
